Warranty/Refund/Repair

We stand by our products and want you to have many years of enjoyment with them. They are built with longevity in mind. To that end, we fully cover any manufacturer's defect. This means that you can return the pedal at no cost and receive a replacement or repair, at any time (as long as we're still around making pedals, hopefully for many years to come).

We do not, however, warranty abuse or misuse of our pedals. This means spills, drops, use of the wrong power supply** (9V center negative DC only!), cat pee, errant toddlers, and other shenanigans of a destructive nature. We will still fix it or replace it, but you will be responsible for shipping it to us and charged a bench fee for repairs of $40 for parts and labor, or given a hefty discount on a replacement should we determine the pedal is not repairable.

We accept returns/exchanges on pedals for non-warranty reasons within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee (this is not a pedal rental service, sorry!). For returns/exchanges on other merchandise, please contact us.

** The power circuit (designed by Eric Wood of Heuristic Industries, credit where it is due) is capable of handling up to 18V for a short period of time, to account for accidental plug-ins. BUT, it should NEVER be used with anything other than 9V DC power unless otherwise noted on the pedal. Our circuits are not intended to be run at "higher headroom" voltages or alternating current. Only use power supplies intended for guitar pedals. If you are in doubt as to how to properly power your pedal, send us an email and we'll help you out.
